San Pedro Sula, Honduras - April 13, 2012. Ms. Kerri-Ann Jones, the Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs, participated in the sixth meeting of the Environmental Affairs Council of the CAFTA-DR free trade agreement, held in member country Honduras. At a press conference Secretary Jones congratulated WEC for its technical assistance to small and medium enterprises to improve their environmental performance.
