Mr. Kistler will speak on a variety of topics related to Walmart’s sustainability strategy.  These include the recently announced worldwide Sustainability Index initiative and how it will help create a more transparent supply chain, drive product innovation and ultimately provide customers with information they need to assess products’ sustainability; other specific sustainability initiatives in certain Walmart operations and geographic regions; and major issues and trends that Walmart sees unfolding across the global economy.  His remarks will be followed by an extended question answer session.

Other leaders from a variety of businesses, national governments, non-governmental institutions, research institutions and the media will also be in attendance.
