Better world leadership initiative
Since 2017, WEC has partnered with Korngold Consulting and the Better World Leadership (BWL) initiative to prepare business leaders to implement sustainability.
BWL studies provide evidence that nonprofit board service is an effective pathway for companies seeking to grow shareholder value by advancing diversity and inclusion, developing human capital for innovation, and helping to achieve global goals for sustainability.
BWL studies have been conducted by Alice Korngold, Korngold Consulting LLC, with the support and participation of American Express, Comcast NBCU, Dow Chemical, HP, Johnson Controls, PIMCO, PwC, Symantec, Target, in addition to IMPACT2030 and PYXERA Global.
